Scheduling Policy

Girl Playing Piano

Consistency is the key to musical mastery. Regular practice and commitment are essential components of success at the piano.

  • Lessons are scheduled weekly at a recurring time that works for your schedule.
  • Families can access the weekly schedule to find an available time slot, and to view make-up lesson times.
  • Communication is primarily via text for quick updates, arrivals, and easy coordination.
  • In-home lessons can be arranged with compensation for my travel.

Payment Policy

Payment Timing

Monthly invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month. Payments are due in full by the first lesson of the month to secure your reserved time slot.

Accepted Methods

Payments can be conveniently made via Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check. Please include the student's name in the payment memo.

Alternate Arrangements

If necessary, communicate with Glory to set up an alternate payment plan.

Cancellation & Makeups

24-hour notice required for makeup eligibility

Makeups are limited to one per month to ensure studio consistency. Please note that missed makeup sessions cannot be rescheduled. I value your time as much as mine; therefore, lessons cancelled made by me are always made up or credited back to you.

Clear communication helps us keep the music playing for everyone.

Arrival & Preparedness

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for students to prepare for their lesson.

I am not responsible for lesson time lost due to late arrival. Students should have trimmed nails, their lesson books ready, and a positive attitude. While parents are always welcome to observe, the teaching environment must remain quiet to help students maintain deep focus and engagement throughout each session.
